“Anne Johnson and her team have been a delight to work with over five phases of construction on a Las Vegas Community Investment Corporation (division of the City) adaptive re-use of a grocery store to a school for our tenant, Futuro Academy and a new charter school project for delivery Summer, 2022 which will also be adaptive re-use of dilapidated warehouse space near downtown. There were significant challenges with the City of Las Vegas Special Use Permit and our original contractor on the Futuro Academy project and Sparkflight handled the challenges with grace and professionalism.  Anne and her team have been a ready resource for my team and have supported our school leaders with interior design work at no cost.”
