Project Description

Multifamily modernization of 76 dwelling units including the overhaul of over 71,700 SF with a fresh, sophisticated interior palette up to marketplace standards. The exteriors were also refreshed with a three-part color scheme for variety. Other updates include durable paint coatings, replacement roofing, new patio enclosures, and the renovation of 1,750 SF of the community center, including office space. Accessibility to the site and dwellings was also updated. The project was in coordination with NHD funding requirements.
